Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all original store and price tags attached
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewelry.
To initiate a return, please include your original invoice in the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items returned after 14 days or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund
Exchange Policy
Due to fast-moving inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order at your convenience.
